Well, it's been a big weekend for this little muppet. Yesterday, I hit the zoo (London Zoo, that is...). Wow, they have some interesting animals. None moreso than some of the visitors. Aside from the crazy visitors, there were some very cool animals too. The highlights would be the meerkats (and Lauren, that REALLY hurts to say that), the tigers and the gorillas. The gorilla enclosure is fantastic. They just have a big clear glass wall between you and the gorillas. They are HUGE. I wanted one but logistics got in the way - ie. we have light coloured carpet, and the black fur would show up far too easily etc. I did consider thieving a meerkat, but they have sharp little teeth and could do real damage if we got into an argument over the last banana.
